This photo was taken at the Batu caves near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you haven’t been there, then you might not know how many steps the faithful have to climb to get some parts of the temple. Now remember, Malaysia is hot and humid all year round. Believe me when I say I looked much more tired than this poor lady who just couldn’t handle those sneakers anymore. A beautiful location, the Batu Caves were a fantastic side trip.
