Doesn’t this look relaxing? As the snow fell all around, this lucky Japanese macaque takes advantage of the warm waters of the hot springs to relax. One of our favorite trips ever, was to the Jigokudani Monkey Park, near Nagano in Japan. I’ve written a little more about it here. I would love to go back! Something about relaxing in a warm hot spring in the middle of winter. It just warms you throughout. You should try it!
